Reduce Neck Tension with the Neck Hammock
As a blogger, I spend a lot of time on my computer. Truth be told, too often, I can be found typing away while sitting on my couch. Not the best posture by any means. There are days when I sit for hours and my neck and shoulders are killing me. I am always looking for ways to relieve my neck tension. Then, I found it!
What is the Neck Hammock?
The Neck Hammock uses cervical traction to relieve neck tension. No need for expensive, fancy contraptions that hog tons of space or visits to the chiropractor all too regularly. I don’t even have space for a desk in my home right now, I sure don’t have room for any big contraptions!
The Neck Hammock is an in-home product that all fits in a small bag. Pull it out for ten minutes a day and then easily pack it back up and store it in your sock drawer! Yet the Neck Hammock has the same effect as an expensive procedure at the chiropractor’s office.
Simply attach the Neck Hammock to a door handle, inside a door hinge, or attached to a post then lay back and relax for ten minutes each day. The cervical traction stretches the tightened muscles and relieves pressure.
Do you ever give instructions to your kids that you don’t even do for yourself? I am always telling my children to “just relax” BUT I never relax myself! It is one of those, “Do what I say and not what I do.” type of situations. Being the example has far more of an impact on children though. I can’t expect them to relax if I don’t do it myself. I have been making great strides to be the example for my kids in this area! For my health and theirs!
The Neck Hammock has been a great asset to our home. I have been using the Neck Hammock daily which means that I have to take ten minutes every day to do nothing. Doing nothing is hard for me to do since I am one of those who won’t even sit to watch a movie without having something else I am working on in the process. I don’t just relax. With the Neck Hammock, I do! Not only has it been great for me but my son has also started using it. The stresses that even a 15-year-old has these days is incredible. Seeing him taking time to unwind and RELAX has been an encouragement to me to be that example. I don’t want him growing up to be a stressed-out husband/dad.
The Neck Hammock would be a great gift for stressed-out moms!
