I have been a mom for thirty-nine years. Being a busy grandma of eleven grandchildren plus having raised four children, I remember how physically taxing those days were and are. I would be sore from bending, picking up children and all the other activities that being a mom entails. Even now as a grandmother I am sore by the end of a day spent with the grandbabies.
As a blogger, I spend a lot of time on my computer. Truth be told, too often, I can be found typing away while sitting on my couch. Not the best posture by any means. There are days when I sit for hours and my neck and shoulders are killing me. I am always looking for ways to relieve my neck tension. Then, I found it!
