Knight in Time at Medieval Times Dinner Theater Orlando, FL Amy Smith, March 21, 2018September 17, 2023 A Step Back in Time at Medieval Times Dinner Theater Now that we have two boys in double digits, there are a few things that are always on their mind. They always want to know what we are going to do for entertainment (they don’t care much for sitting around doing nothing) and as growing boys, they want to know what we are going to eat. Medieval Times in Orlando combined both entertainment and food into a dynamic family night! Back at Christmas, we told our children about our upcoming Florida trip and all the exciting things we were planning. They had been to Medieval Times prior and still talked about it to this day. Needless to say, they had been anxiously awaiting the day for us to go back! I can remember going with my grandparents when I was a preteen! Memories that can be passed down from generation to generation are extra special to me. My kids love it just as much as I did when I was their age! Just outside the castle stood set of buildings forming a village for the guests to explore prior to the show. As we walked around the front of the castle at Medieval Times, Kissimmee, my kids were amazed (as always) at just how prestigious the castle is. Large flames erupting out of the torches beside the entryway had my boys in awe. They were feeling like royalty before ever stepping foot into the actual show arena. Medieval Times Dinner Theater & Tournament After being seated in the section to cheer on the yellow and red knight, we were enthusiastically met by our waitress. He immediately asked for our drink orders and brought them right back to us. Our family enjoyed all of the meal but the chicken was the biggest hit! Everything was delicious (especially the pound cake at the end of the night)! Throughout the show, our table was filled cheers for the red and yellow knight, gasps of excitement, and silence at times from the intense focus on the events going on in the arena. The show was packed with non-stop excitement and thrills that kept our family entertained throughout the entire show! We saw a dancing horse, jousting knights, a flying falcon, amazing sword fights, and horse races. Step back in time with YOUR family for a knight of fun! This sounds like so much fun – my son would love the entire experience. We’ll definitely have to find a Medieval Times near us!
We live so close to one never been yet. Waiting for our little one to be a little older but after seeing the pictures can’t wait to go.
This looks amazing and so much fun was had! I think my children would love this. We are waiting on the little one for two more years and then we’ll be going down to Florida for vacation.
