Perfect Night at Bonefish Grill

Everyone needs a night out every now and then. Whether it be a special occasion, to catch up with old friends or to just have a little break from the kiddos, a night out can be both refreshing and enjoyable! Bonefish Grill is an amazing choice for such a night.

Recently, my husband and I met another couple for dinner. Now, normally between our two families there would be six kids from teenager down to baby. As you can imagine, it could get kind of hectic. So we left all the kids with sitters and us four sat down for a great evening of laughs, relaxation and great food.

Our evening started off with or favorite appetizer, the Bang Bang Shrimp. If you are a shrimp lover, you have got to try this shrimp tossed in a tasty creamy sauce and served on a bed of fresh lettuce. Needless to say between the guys, especially, this appetizer was gone in no time flat!

With our entrees, we ordered some of the classics of Bonefish Grill. Salmon, Bang Bang shrimp tacos and their Angler’s Sirloin with a variety of tasty sides to go with them.

Italian Seafood Risotto

My husband, is that guy who always wants to try something new. One of the things he LOVES about Bonefish Grill is their seasonal specials that change through the year. In fact, he hardly looks at the regular menu. Bonefish Grill never disappoints with their seasonal specials so he is always eager to try something new! Though all of our food was exceptional he found an amazing dish in the Italian Seafood Risotto!

Combing two of his favorites, seafood and Italian, this delightful entree was beautifully presented and tasted even better. It is a combination of shrimp, scallops, asparagus and tomatoes served on a pesto parmesan risotto. It was so delicious and filling that my husband continued to rave about how awesome it was!

Don’t forget the Dessert

To top it all off, we shared a piece of the Chocolate Lava Cake. It was Heaven on a plate! A warm rich chocolate cake with a gooey molten chocolate center, garnished with fresh strawberries, housemade whipped cream, and topped off with a touch of fresh peppermint! It made for a refreshing twist that made this dessert absolutely perfect!
