ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV): Course Overview | ALC Training News Amy Smith, February 23, 2022February 23, 2022 ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV): Course Overview | ALC Training News The ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) certification is one of the four modules that lead to the ITIL Managing Professional accreditation in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL MPL). ITIL DSV supports stakeholders, whether they are consumers or service providers, through the concepts and practices of co-creating value via services, guiding them through the principles and practices of service management. In particular, it is concerned with the establishment, maintenance, and development of effective service relationships with customers and users, as well as with suppliers and partners, and it guides organizations through the service journey in both their service provider and consumer roles, as well as with supporting effective interaction and communication. The ITIL 4 Professional (MP) Certification is a professional credential. According to the new ITIL® 4 certification methodology, there are two high-level “stream” certifications: the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) stream and the ITIL Strategic Leader (SL) stream. The MP stream is the first of these two high-level qualifications. Information technology professionals working in technology and digital teams across organizations benefit from the ITIL Managing Professional stream, which imparts both practical and technical expertise on how to operate effective IT-enabled services, teams, and processes, among other things. The picture below gives you a clear and fast overview of the new ITIL Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value Certification, which you can download for free.
