Disabling autostart

StreamFab runs in the background because automatic startup is enabled by default; however, it consumes resources without providing any benefit, so it is recommended to disable it.

Open the settings from the menu list in the upper right corner and uncheck ” Automatically start at normal system startup” .

Stopping automatic updates

StreamFab update (LiveUpdate) is also registered at startup and starts automatically when the computer starts and runs in the background, but the update check is also performed when StreamFab starts, so automatic start is disabled.

Open Startup from Apps in Windows Settings and turn off LiveUpdate .

How to use StreamFab DRM M3U8 Downloader

Select Home on the left sidebar and paste the URL of the video site in the address bar to access.

Select the video you want to download.

IIf the played video uses M3U8, the DRM M3U8 downloader will start, and a dialog will appear. Set the download resolution, subtitles, audio, and other settings, and then select “Add to queue” or “Download now”. StreamFab enables you to download multiple videos simultaneously using its batch download feature, making the process easy and efficient.

It is not possible to download series items all at once, so if you want to download other episodes, you need to close the DRM MPD downloader dialog and select the episode you want to download. If the dialog does not appear when you select another episode, click the refresh button on your browser. Reload the page.

Tasks are added to the left sidebar while downloading .

If you select “Download now”,the download process will start automatically.
If you select” Add to queue” , the tasks added with “Start all” will be downloaded.

If you are using another StreamFab downloader, such as Amazon Downloader or U-NEXT Downloader , you can add the titles you want to download to the queue and download them all at once.

If you want to download by specifying a site or title, you can download them individually by pressing the play button. You can also delete tasks that are no longer needed from the download list by clicking “X”.

Titles that have been downloaded will be moved to Downloads on the left sidebar.

Titles moved to Downloads are saved as a history, and you can clear the history by clicking the ” X ” on the site or on an individual title.

Click the folder icon to open the download destination folder.

Downloaded MP4 files can be played on media players and can be copied to other devices.
