About Me

Hi! My name is Amy Smith, and I am the owner and sole blogger here at My Four and More. My husband, three kids, and two dogs keep me busy when I am not writing and managing the blog. My husband, Josh, is our church’s assistant pastor. I am a family girl to the core, so I often try to spend any waking moment with my family and extended family. We stay super busy, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

I began My Four and More to reach other moms who needed encouragement and ideas for the home, such as baking tips, DIY projects, home decorating, pets, parenting, marriage, and more. We love to travel, so be sure to look for travel tips and ideas for fantastic vacations and reviews on some of our favorite items. I am an adoptive mother who struggled with infertility, was previously a foster parent for over seven years, had an intense battle with both depression and anxiety, and am currently battling chronic pain due to a rare condition called TOS. Due to my personal life experiences, I enjoy writing blog posts that help others on their journey related to these topics.
