HOMEMADE Fudge Brownies Amy Smith, August 23, 2017December 9, 2022 Perfect Rectangular Fudge Brownies After indulging in an absolutely delicious homemade fudge brownie, I thought I would share with you this fantastic and super easy recipe! Using the Red Copper Brownie Bonanza made it even more simple! This is the BEST Fudge Brownies Recipe! Red Copper Brownie Bonanza Let me tell you about this pan that I tried out for the first time today! These brownies are homemade and delicious but the pan makes everything that much easier! Red Copper is a hot brand right now for cookware and bakeware. I understand why now! I have been making this same recipe for a couple of years now but it has never been as easy as it was today. The brownies are easy to make because you literally put every single ingredient in one bowl together, stir, and bake! Everything you see in the picture below is all you will need for the brownies! Even though the brownies are easy to make, I always seem to run into the same two problems. I can never get my fudge brownies to look evenly cut… and I hate washing the pan I usually bake them in. The brownies tend to harden around the edges making cleanup not as easy. Today, the cleanup was a BREEZE! No soaking is needed! I literally wiped it right off the non-stick copper pan with just a washcloth and warm soapy water without even having to scrub! The grid that is placed in the pan allows the fudge brownies to be baked in one pan yet already be cut and ready to go after baking… EVENLY cut! I cut the fun out for my kids though. They always think it is “fun” to argue over who gets what piece (whatever brownie looks the biggest is the one they fight over). I know, this pan takes the “fun” out but I sure don’t mind! Homemade Fudge Brownies Recipe Ingredients 2 cups sugar 1 cup flour 2/3 cup cocoa 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 4 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp vanilla Instructions Mix ALL ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour brownie batter into the Red Copper Brownie Bonanza Pan. Spread batter evenly. Spray the grid with cooking spray prior to placing the grid in the pan with the brownie batter. Push the grid all the way down to the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes in the Red Copper Brownie Bonanza Pan. Take the pan out of the oven and allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes before removing the brownie grid. The pan then comes apart allowing you to have the brownies served directly from the pan. If you would like to experiment, I think this pan would be great to make fudge too! Fantastic one bowl recipe. Loved by four picky eaters, makes it a keeper! I’m still getting used to using my Brooklyn copper brownie pans, not used to the extended bake times. I baked these at 350 for 30 minutes but I ended up turning it down to my usual 325F and baking for another 15 because they were 75% wet still in the middle. Everyone agreed they were pretty moist and very very yummy so I’ll be making them again. Thank you!!
I love theses pans, I would like to know how do I go about getting a recipe book, but I bought five and never got a recipe book! Never got the stand to put them on either!
Ahh, those look soooo good! You just made me miss baking my own brownies too — it’s just too bad I don’t have an oven now in my apartment. Anyhow, that pan is genius!!! I would absolutely love to have one!
Yes, you bake the brownies with the insert already in it. As long as you spray the divider with cooking spray, it slides right out of the brownies, leaving them in perfect rectangular shapes! I have not seen the brownie edge pan. Our whole family is more like you, we all love the gooey, fudgy insides. This pan makes them perfectly cooked all the way through. 🙂
I’m loving How fab is this? Every time I try to cut my brownies, they don’t look very pretty. Question? Are you able to bake them with the insert already in the pan? On a different note, have you ever seen the brownie edge pan? I bought one for my husband a few years ago because loves the crusty outsides and I love the soft and squishy insides. Yum! xx
What a cool pan. I am going to go order one right now! I remember a long time ago hearing about a pan that made every brownie a corner piece but I don’t even like the edges so I never saw the appeal. But this!!!! I’m all about it!
My brownies always look a mess when I attempt to cut them into pieces. This pan is worth whatever it costs. I’m going to buy two!
Red Copper pans are great. My grandmother has had the same pots and pans for over 35 years but once she tried a Red Copper pot, she changed ALL her pots and pans over to the Red Copper. (and her pots and pans looked brand new even though they were 35 years old). She loves the Red Copper even more than the old ones she had!! That says a lot about the brand!
Fudgy brownies are my favorite. The fudgier, the better! I need one of those brownie cutters. Mine always look terrible when I cut them!
Oh my goodness. I wish this was grab through the screen and get one of those brownies now. They sound delicious and like something I would make this fall. Bookmarking this.
I have been considering a red copper pan. Not a brownie pan but another. This has really helped me make a clear decision to get one! Your browines look amazing too!
Brownies are my absolute favorite! I love them chewy and gooey and I love that this comes with a grid, to pre-cut them and makes it easier! And this recipe is so simple….I need to save it.
I friggin’ LOVE THAT PAN! Why did I not know about it last year at this time when my husband and I were struggling to put things on our registry LOL! We seriously had no idea what to do because combined, we have all the equipment we needed, except for THIS PAN! ha!
